• Staking, farming, and other DeFi features

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Not be a person barred from using the Services under applicable laws

4. Account Registration and Security

When purchasing WGC tokens, WGC-mini tokens, or WGC ID cards, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All token purchases are final and non-refundable
• Token prices may fluctuate based on market conditions
• Tokens are subject to vesting schedules as outlined in our tokenomics
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your purchases
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency purchases in your jurisdiction

The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the future value or utility of WGC tokens or WGC-mini tokens.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Using the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Attempting to manipulate token prices or engage in market manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unfair advantages
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools without our express permission
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Engaging in any activity that could damage our reputation or business
